I use dude/man gender neutrally, it's just the way that I talk and those around me talk and has nothing to do with gender. my friend uses girl/girlypop/queen gender neutrally. but I also acknowledge that it makes some people uncomfortable and I try to stop if they say it makes them feel bad! my friend knows that using girl/queen makes me dysphoric and avoids using them for me! both things can be true at once and we are human beings with a wide emotional range and nuance for language

SERVICE DOG PSA

So today I tripped. Fell flat on my face, it was awful but ultimately harmless. My service dog, however, is trained to go get an adult if I have a seizure, and he assumed this was a seizure (were training him to do more to care for me, but we didn’t learn I had epilepsy until a year after we got him)

I went after him after I had dusten off my jeans and my ego, and I found him trying to get the attention of a very annoyed woman. She was swatting him away and telling him to go away. So I feel like I need to make this heads up

If a service dog without a person approaches you, it means the person is down and in need of help

Don’t get scared, don’t get annoyed, follow the dog! If it had been an emergency situation, I could have vomited and choked, I could have hit my head, I could have had so many things happen to me. We’re going to update his training so if the first person doesn’t cooperate, he moves on, but seriously guys. If what’s-his-face could understand that lassie wanted him to go to the well, you can figure out that a dog in a vest proclaiming it a service dog wants you to follow him

so I'm a minor first of all (I'm thirteen) and I am agender and trans masculine. I live with my mother, and my mother only, and as far as I've told her, I am just fully transgender, ftm.

recently, I got a binder and I've been passing a lot more I feel like, and Ive been having a lot of gender euphoria, more so than I have dysphoria despite living in a small homophobic town.

the other day I thanked her for the binder and said I feel like I pass so well and she just rambled for a good five minutes about all my traits that make me pass less, and then when I said you shouldnt say that to any trans person that's really shitty she said 'i just can't help it, I'm autistic.'

and she is actually autistic, by the way. we both are, we're both diagnosed with adhd and autism, but is this actually blamed on autism or is she being transphobic?
