HOLY FUCK I HAVE A COMPLETE PLOT OUTLINE?!?!? WITH AN ENDING?????
1.) Beginning to The Battle of Pax
A plot MC/ POV: Roxy
Minor B plot: Trio
2.) Nightingale Arc (Settling into Othana, Quinn trying to adjust to his new reality while grieving the old one, somehow Nightingale fucks shit up by the end)
MC/POV: Quinn
3.)Cult Arc (resolves when everyone comes back together)
A plot MC/POV: Akio
B plot MC/POV: Jack
4.) Planning and Prepping (Rena being back and so many of the Fallen being back together catches attention. The Fallen may actually be able to fight back and fix things now that they aren't alone but have to find the others if they want a decent chance of actually succeeding. Quinn is torn between being undeniably a part of the celestial conflict now and wanting to simply reunite with his mortal family (which apparently now includes a fucking BABY?!?!) Meanwhile with Thelran interference, tensions rise for the humans as they use Cothelo to aid their mission of sniffing out the Fallen, as it becomes increasingly clear the mortals won't be safe regardless of whether or not the gods stick around.
A plot: Quinn?
B plot: Jack and/or Akio?
5.) Shit hits the fan HARD (all out conflict. Fallen seek their divinities so they can be at full strength for this shit.) Have to rely on Quinn and Theurgia as the unfallen ones which… is less than ideal. Especially as Quinn struggles with having to act violently and trying to balance his divine duty and identity with “mortal” life, responsibilities and identity. And Theurgia is a difficult bitch who can't lock in to save their life. Meanwhile Roxy actually addresses their feelings about not being able to be the protector and “failing” at their duty. Alex's death (and the death of hundreds of other people they cared for over the years but couldn't protect from their own domain) haunts them as they try to help Quinn through this. All the while feeling like they are leading a fawn lamb to the slaughter.
A plot MC: Quinn
B plot MC: Roxy
6.) Now at full strength the Fallen prepare to make their stand. The mortals brace for the consequences of celestial conflict on the level of the Fall (which prompted their Bronze Age Collapse) even as the gods try to find ways to mitigate the damage as much as possible. Quinn and Ferox both grapple with the prophecies hanging over their heads and the fear for both their mortal and celestial family. Eventually they defeat the Coleth and finally hunt down and face Lumos who… had no idea any of this was even happening. He left because [STILL NEED REASON] a 3 thousand or so years after The Fall (which for Roxy is like… 30 years?) so naturally everyone is fucking PISSED. But, he agrees to let them free The Elements to try and restore balance (which he didn't realize would even happen. Whoopsy. He's sorry, he's now aware it was an over reaction. He's done a lot of self improvement since then you see…)
(Note: Lumos is supposed to be a disappointing and frustrating reveal. All this death and conflict and misery not because of direct malice but because someone in power couldn't be bothered to set things right despite having all of the resources to.)
7.) (MAYBE an installment, maybe just an epilog) Final arc: Freeing the Elements and adjusting to the new normal.
