Someone Somewhere

While you peacefully lay your head on your pillow tonight, someone somewhere in the world just took there last breath. A little girl sits trembling in a corner her eyes filled with tears, staring up at her cause of death. At this very moment someone somewhere in the world is fighting to survive, all the while the boy with low self-esteem and scars visible on his wrist no longer wishes to be alive. While one plots to comitt suicide, someone somewhere just did. In this very moment someone somewhere is neglected, starving, missing, staring up at the brightest star, hopeing, praying, and wishing. At this very second, while people take life for granted, someone somewhere is fighting a life threatening disease with their bare fist. Someone somewhere lay beside there bed, fetal position in tears from being sexually abused, questioning why they even exist. While you peacefully lay your head on your pillow and close your eyes, realize, just how blessed you are. Take a minute to pray for someone somewhere because one day, God forbid, that someone somewhere could just as well be you. - Dar
