Vegetarian dinner at Monday in Kingsland. Jackfruit Tacos & a Flatbred. I've been curious about the jackfruit tacos for a while now.. while I definitely didn't miss the meat, I wouldn't say the jackfruit tasted like pork either, haha. But, still pretty bloody good. Homemade Arepas de Carne (using my @getbeef Angus Rump). I picked up one of these little Venezuelan tortas 'to go' from the markets over the weekend & HAD to try to duplicate them at home. I did it, using instant polenta & a lot more patience than I normally have. :) #Arepas #GlutenFree #Success
