an-unlikely-duoâ:
Gavin didnât want another car so Elijah could stick his money where it hurt, he just wanted his car cleaned of android shit. It wasnât even about the money, it was about compensation, one hand washes the other or something like that. Because Gavin really had enough money to pay for an easy cleaning job.
Then he started heaving the Android into the trunk of his car, being more careful than he probably had to. âWhat do you want to do with it now?â he asked and put her hand that was hanging out of the trunk onto her body, then he closed the hatch. âGoing to re-animate her?â this was of course a reference towards the movie âHerbert West: Re-Animatorâ and the story of the same name written by H. P. Lovecraft. Gavin only knew the movie but he was sure his brother was familiar with it.
âAlright, thatâs not going anywhere.. I hope.â he muttered and turned to his brother again âWhere should I bring you then? Your home, Cyberlife store or some secret underground Lab you never told me about?â he teased. He was pretty sure Elijah wouldnât have a lab like that.
Elijah gave his best twisted, wicked smile. âThatâs an excellent idea, Gavin. Youâre brilliant.â
He wasnât truly intending on restoring her. At least, definitely not in this state. And not with ridiculous fluorescent green liquid. It would just be torture for her, and wouldnât help him in the slightest. But if he managed to find the source of her damage and safely fix it, he could save her.Â
Androids werenât bound by death the way humans were, after all.
âNo, weâre going to attach her to one of my machines and try to read her most recent memory. My home and my secret underground lab are one and the same, dear brother,â he quipped. âI apologize for never telling you, as I know youâre simply overwhelmingly supportive of my work. Itâs perfectly legal and on my property, so I do hope you wonât go telling anyone. It would ruin the secret.â
stayhuman-genevieveâ:
âIt is.. very nice to meet you, Mr. Kamski.â Genevieve said aloud as she offered her hand to him, pretending as if their previous encounter never even happened. âAre you ready for me to escort you for you introduction? I wouldnât want to interrupt you any longer than I have to.â She had a complete change of attitude with smiles and proper etiquette. If Mr. Hawthorne found out about how rude sheâd been to him, Genevieve couldnât imagine what the consequences may be.Â
Elijahâs feigned smile was still firmly in place as he greeted the director. Perhaps it had been a bad idea to choose to do this, he thought to himself. Even if it did give him something to be seen doing. Dealing with most people was just... an unpleasant side effect.Â
But when he laid eyes on Ms. Scott, his expression went from rather false to barely-veiled amusement. Ah yes, he finally had her name. Genevieve. Heâd be sure to remember that... as well as the look in her eyes when she finally realized who sheâd been so short with earlier. His smile became a nearly predatory smirk as he took her offered hand.Â
âI was unaware you had employed such charm in your staff, Mr. Hawthorne,â he said wryly, releasing the handshake. âUnder most circumstance, I would tell you youâre free to interrupt me... but weâre both on a time limit here, arenât we? So, please do. Lead the way whenever youâre ready.â
He was more than happy to play pretend with her, for a time. He wasnât a malicious man; he wouldnât tell on her to her boss like a child just to ruin her reputation or career. But... it was sorely tempting to hint that he might, if just to make her worry.
an-unlikely-duoâ:
The detective rolled with his eyes when Elijah told him not to worry. Fuck, he had just been attacked by one of his own creations, how could he be fine? Sure, Gavin always said there was something wrong in his head, it just had to be. But he also worried for his brother, he maybe didnât express it, abut he always had, even if they hadnât talked in a while.
âWhat?â he gasped âYou want me to put that thing into my car? Itâs leaking blue shit everywhere!â Gavin complained. Sure, it would evaporate soon but he would always know it had been there. âUgh, fine, but you pay the cleaning bill!â he muttered and and squatted down next to him.Â
âYou think itâs been hacked?â he asked and examined the bullet wounds. Those were his doings. But maybe there was something else he could see? Maybe someone had tinkered with her? Then again, he wasnât a technician and Elijah would see those things far easier.
Elijah shook his head silently and sighed, not bothering to mention he could buy Gavin a brand new car and not feel the loss in the slightest. âIf it pleases you, Gavin.â
He wasnât worried about hacking. Viruses could only cause so much harm. Their personality matrix was something that just couldnât be tampered with, but memories and orders? Those could be changed. If someone had tampered with the android, the worst case scenario was that sheâd been ordered to kill one or both of them. That didnât seem very likely in Elijahâs eyes. Sending a mutilated android to kill a billionaire and his detective sibling was more than a little unlikely.Â
Perhaps they hadnât been her intended victims, but even a regular human would be able to hold her off long enough to call for help if they couldnât kill or subdue her.Â
The extensive scarring on her body was what was truly worrying him. Someone had done something deliberate and horrifying to her. And he wanted to know why.Â
âNo,â he explained. âHacking a deviant android doesnât usually do much for someone, unless they want self-destruction or damage to their CPU. New orders can be given via hacking in rare cases, but itâs tricky and can be broken through given time depending on the androidâs processing power.âÂ
âMr. Kamski, weâre taking a photo for a fashion magazine, are you sure those socks-â âYes, Iâm sureâ
and soon after that pineapple socks were sold out all over the world
Thank you to all of the staff of Quantic Dream for bringing us this beautiful game! I canât imagine how much work it was. So hereâs another art, as a sign of gratitude from a Russian fan, with love! :D
What was your least favorite android model released?
âHm. Iâd have to say the child android series. I realize thatâs not a specific model, but any of them could be my answer.âÂ

@former-cyberlife-ceo // Cont.Â
Genevieve hadnât been paying too much attention to her surroundings after her small âconversationâ with that strange person. Now, she had other things simmering in her mind. Such as, what excuse would she give to the director of the firm if he caught her sneaking into the event late. She was among one of the few that he had hand picked to represent the firm that night.Â
The attorney quickened her pace as much as she could in her heels and continued on her designated route.Â
It had taken a few more minutes to arrive to venueâs building. It sounded particularly noisy, and it sounded like a band of elegance were currently playing music inside. Soon as she was able to bypass security, Genevieve carried on through the extravagant hall to get to the primary location of the event. It was a bit shameful of the encounter sheâd just had, and if she had took even one second to truly focus on the images of Elijah Kamski flashing across a multitude of screens here and there, she would have a embarrassing epiphany. Yet, here she was. Attempting to sneak inside of the venue, unnoticed by her boss.Â
And honestly? It seemed as if she had gotten away with her truancy. There was a relieving sigh that came from her mouth. That was until she felt a hand on her shoulder, and Genevieve immediately turned around to be greeted by her bossâ who didnât seem all to happy about the late arrival.Â
âMs. Scott. You know that I am counting on you. It would have been ruined, but luckily, Mr. Kamski hasnât arrived just yet. When he gets here, I still need you to announce his arrival on stage. I thought that some people would be annoyed, but they seem to be content with alcohol and music for now.â Mr. Hawthorne said in a matter-of-fact tone.Â
Genevieve only nodded her head to the director, as it could have gone worse than that. As she walked towards the stage area, she picked up a glass of champagne from a platter that one of the servers were carrying. If she was going to be at this event, sheâd might as well enjoy a drink here and thereâ though, she definitely didnât want to overindulge. For now, she waited near the stage for the signal for the presentation. Ms. Scott assumed that this would be easy; She only needed to wait for the special guest to get there.Â
It took him a few minutes longer to reach the venue. Long enough for the rain to start to fall, wetting the top of his head and his shoulders before he ducked into the safety of the indoors. He was recognized the moment he stepped in - even if his face werenât gracing the walls, he was a well known man.Â
He tried not to grit his teeth in annoyance, his smile tight as he greeted those who met him at the doors, eager to shake his hand. He didnât carry enough hand sanitizer for this...Â
As politely as he could manage, he removed himself from the crowd quickly forming around him to search for the director. He still needed to learn where to go, and he wasnât about to let himself be distracted from his purpose now that he was here. Hopefully no other lovely mysterious women would appear and further keep him from doing his job.Â
an-unlikely-duoâ:
Gavin was breathing heavy with his eyes glued on the carcass of the android. Three, it did take three fucking bullets to put that motherfucker out of its misery. âWhat the fuck..â he muttered under his breath and put his weapon away. No matter how much he loved waving that thing about, it always left a bad taste in his mouth if he had to use it to kill.
Then he turned to his brother, eyeballing him from head to toe, looking for any visible injuries. âYouâre alright, El? Looking pretty pale there.â he asked with concern but after a second or so he added âOh, sorry, I forgot, you.. youâre always pale.â there was a small sneer tugging at his left mouth corner.
Not even in a grave situation like that Gavin could stay serious, but the concern was genuine.
Waving off Gavinâs concern, Elijah squatted down next to the motionless body of the android. âYou neednât worry about me, Iâm fine,â he started, glancing back for a moment. âDo you think you could fit her into your car?â
Her CPU was shot and her thirium pump regulator was damaged, leaving reactivation definitely impossible in this state. But her memories might still be recoverable. And if they were, they would be able to discover how sheâd ended up like this. The bits and pieces of her that were damaged could be studied, and those that were not could be recycled.Â
