There is a lie that acts like a virus within the mind of humanity. And that lie is, ‘There’s not enough good to go around. There’s lack and there’s limitation and there’s just not enough.’ The truth is that there’s more than enough good to go around. There is more than enough creative ideas. There is more than enough power. There is more than enough love. There’s more than enough joy. All of this begins to come through a mind that is aware of its own infinite nature. There is enough for everyone. If you believe it, if you can see it, if you act from it, it will show up for you. That’s the truth.

3 Mood-Boosting Room Sprays To Help Beat The Winter Blues
Hello Glow writes:
Although I say this a lot (and this time I really mean it), these room sprays are incredibly simple to make. You only need four things–water, alcohol, essential oils and several little spritz bottles–to get started. While bergamot, lavender and chamomile are popular choices when it comes to mood-boosting fragrances, feel free to mix and match using oils you already have on hand. And if you find that the smell of alcohol overpowers the essential oils, swap it out for something subtler like witch hazel.

Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?

America the beautiful.
I think I fall in love a little bit with anyone who shows me their soul. This world is so guarded and fearful. I appreciate rawness so much.

I think this is going to be my new motto.
Rest and self care are so important. When you take to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.

Poetry, after all, milks the unconscious.

How to be Your own Best Friend
1. Treat yourself the way you would treat a person who you loved, highly valued, and cared about.
2. Always love yourself – no matter what!
3. Only say positive, compassionate, understanding and affirming things about, and to, yourself.
4. Hold your own hand in tough and stressful times. Don’t abandon yourself, or let yourself down.
5. Respect yourself, and the efforts that you’re making to be a better person, and to change and to grow.
6. Understand your limitations, be patient with yourself. Accept that it takes time to master anything at all.
7. Be kind to yourself when you feel self-critical, or you want to be judgmental and hard on yourself.
