bio:
Audrina Smythe thought she knew exactly what her parents wanted. The Smythes were ambitious. Each child was a thoroughbred; a new heir to the legacy. And Audrina was determined to carry on that legacy at any and all costs.
That desire is exactly what got her sent to Schuester’s. Towards the end of her junior year, Audrina noticed a competitor for valedictorian rising through the ranks at her prestigious private school. This simply would not do. Audrina had managed to win prom queen, student body president, and balance internships and other extracurriculars with her rigid ballet schedule. Her GPA was perfect, and no one was going to stand in the way of her success.
After a bit of digging, Audrina found exactly what she needed to bring down her opponent. Her only competitor for the title of valedictorian was sleeping with their Chemistry teacher. A few hidden cameras, some careful editing and an anonymous post on LiveLeak sealed her fate.
Unfortunately, Audrina forgot to use incognito mode, and her IP was quickly tracked by the authorities. She was expelled and sued by the other student’s parents. Ultimately, her father managed to get an easier sentence: she would face a temporary stay in an institution after a plea of “mental instability” and she would finish her senior year at Schuester’s Boarding School for Troubled Teens.
Nowadays she has a demure manner; far gone from the scheming vixen she once was. However, something in her personality screams of inauthenticity. After all, Audrina was willing to commit a felony only months earlier. Has she really changed, or is her scared sheep demeanor simply a front to get out of Schuester’s as soon as possible?

Another night, another marathon of Supernatural on Netflix. That was pretty much the only thing Beau could do now, since he’d already packed his laptop and charging cord. So here he lay, watching an episode he could memorize line for line on his phone. Glancing over for just a moment, he saw the suitcase sitting near his computer desk, a reminder of tomorrow’s activities.
Here, at home, his anxiety only went through the roof if he heard something troubling or let his mind wander off, get lost in the blizzard of worries. For now though, it was at rest, granting him a blissful reprieve. The unfortunate thing was that he never knew how long it would last. Probably till tomorrow morning, when he looked over at that suitcase again.
There was a knock at the door, so the youngest Hummel shimmied out of bed after pausing the episode in order to go answer it. Standing there was Burt, or as Beau knew him, Dad. He stepped to the side, an unspoken invitation to come on in and that’s just what Burt did. As father and son moved to sit on the bed, the elephant in the room returned.
“How’re you holding up?” Burt questioned. He received a noncommittal shrug as an answer, the usual one whenever Beau didn’t want to dig deeper. Wrapping an arm around his youngest, the Hummel patriarch gave a sigh.
“I know tomorrow’s going to be tough, but I promise that I’ll keep in contact. Anytime you need to talk, day or night and school permitting. It’ll make sense at the end of the day, alright?” His words seemed to fall on deaf ears for a moment until Beau suddenly had his arms wrapped around him in a hug. Father and son remained this way for quite awhile, till the hour grew late then they said their goodnights.
By the time morning came, Beau’s anxiety had returned in full swing, yet you couldn’t tell. After all, if there was one thing he was best at, it was putting on an act.
bio:
Trigger Warning for anxiety mentions and a panic attack mention.
The first thing that comes to the minds of many who know Beau Tristan Hummel when asked to describe him, absolute angel is the most popular answer. Now, imagine their reactions when they learn where he is today. Of course, there’s always a reason for something happening, or so Beau himself says, always the hopeful one. Originally though, he was just another member of the Hummel family unit, whose only worries were what would be served for dinner or which one of his older siblings was available to play. Those were simpler days and times indeed.
Things changed though, when he turned 7. His mom passed away and a switch flipped in young Beau’s head. His worries began to grow, wondering if Burt or one of the elder Hummels would end up with the same fate as well as focusing on the fact that danger lurked around every single corner. Somehow though, he managed to stuff all of these down and tossed himself back into schoolwork while also helping out as much as he could around the house. At the end of the day, there was enough to be concerned about without Beau’s troubles adding onto the pile, so he just did his best to rein everything in. This became much easier with the discovery of the magic of theater a few years later.
A class field trip to the civic theater during junior high made Beau fall in love just a little bit deeper with plays and musicals, seeing how much hard work went into making them. That field trip also finally inspired him to settle on the career he wanted: actor. Whether it was on Broadway or the small screen, perhaps even the silver was of no importance as long he could breathe new life into a character and use it as a way to hide from the storm of fears that now occupied his mind everyday. Unfortunately though, not too many of his classmates and teachers agreed with his choice, but support from his friends did assist in keeping his mouth shut for just a little bit longer.
Not to mention, there were larger things on his mind. When the chance to audition for a school play came up, the youngest Hummel jumped at the opportunity, yet things went awry. Despite going over the audition material multiple times, he froze for a few moments due to the fears practically dancing through his brain. This failure was quickly made to seem much larger than the reality, which culminated in a panic attack and trip to the doctor’s the next day where Beau was officially diagnosed with anxiety. Still, his resilience was something to be admired, he just wanted to fulfill the desire to make his loved ones proud with his actions. So, the youngest Hummel just kept wearing his happy go lucky mask with ease.
However, fate had unbelievably different plans. When the word hit his ears that one of his siblings had been enrolled at Schuester’s…the less said about Beau’s reaction, the better. A few unlucky teachers became public enemies number one and two, his irritability manifesting as disrespect, which wasn’t met with much protest from the other students, since a good majority hated the two teachers. When his fears grabbed his attention at school, which occurred more often since the diagnosis, he could barely concentrate on classwork. Then during partner work, more often than not, the youngest Hummel took the lone wolf approach. Those aforementioned teachers eventually went to the principal, who called in Burt. Needless to say, he was quite surprised to hear this, even asked if there’d been a mix up in kids.
In the end, Beau’s fate was sealed and he wound up getting enrolled at Schuester’s Boarding School too.

Kurt shivered in the cold November air as he leaned on the railing surrounding the roof. He hadn’t spoken to Blaine off stage and out of character in three weeks. Which was really hard since they were always stuck in bus together and the cast always wanted to go get drunk after the show. He’d just been feeling down lately, or so he kept telling himself, and he knew Blaine was worried about him. But he just couldn’t talk to him, not until he had things figured out. He gasped as he felt two strong arms snake around his waist and turn him so that he was facing their owner.
“Oh my god, Blaine! You scared me!” He yelled, lightly smacking the other man’s harm. Kurt’s heart was pounding hard in his chest, but he knew it had nothing to do with being caught by surprise. He slid down off the railing, trying to put some distance between them, but only ended up trapped between the railing and Blaine, his arms on both side of Kurt. “Blaine Devon Anderson, you let me go this instant or I swear to god I’ll throw all your bowties off this roof- and yes, that means the ones you got from Brook Brothers.” He said in a feeble attempt at sounding like his old self. Blaine didn’t buy it.
“Not until you tell me what’s wrong. And don’t you say it’s nothing.” Blaine said quietly with a stern look as Kurt opened his mouth to tell him just that. "I would have found you sooner, but I figured you needed time alone. But now you’ve been avoiding me for weeks, and not knowing why is driving me crazy.“
There was no way out of this, Blaine knew him too well. So something snapped within Kurt as he realized he wanted to tell him how he was feeling, no matter what his reaction would be. So Kurt let his body control his mind for once, and snaked his arms around him, inhaling the scent of red wine, cologne, and his best friend.

The Fabray’s were the picture perfect American family - or at least that’s what they tried to exude. It was an almost unhealthy obsession they had to appear to be the best and keep up appearances. Judy and Russell both tried to control their daughters’ lives from what they ate to how they dressed and left little room for compromise. For some time, this was their normal life. What else had the girls to compare to and besides what parent’s don’t want to bring out the best in their children after all?
As their children grew older, the more difficult it became to control their everyday lives and what they were influenced by. And in all honesty, Grace doesn’t like being a quadruplet. She loves her sisters but having 3 other people who look exactly like her left her feeling a loss of individuality and caused her to look for attention in other places – like her grandparents whom Grace adored and they adored her in return. Her grandparents were much more religious than even her parents were and were very old school Catholics, they went to mass in the middle of the week and often would recite scriptures. Grace couldn’t imagine her life without God in it and when her grandparents passed away, her relationship with God helped her get through it. Of course she was deviated but she also knew her grandparents wouldn’t want her to be mad at God. Despite Grace’s fiercely Christian demeanor, she’s one of the most protective siblings in her family. She has tongue as sharp as knives and fiercely devoted to making sure that they live out their best lives, just as her parents want for them. She knows that her mother and father’s parenting tactics aren’t perfect but she believes they’re trying their best especially given that having 4 girls all at once might not be the easiest task in the world.
After Charlotte’s attack, a family meeting was immediate called into order and after screaming and tears the decision for Charlotte to go to Schuster’s was finalized. None of the girls had truly been separated for more than a day at a time and despite Grace’s independent and stubborn nature, she couldn’t imagine having to live away from her sisters. Besides, who else was going to make sure that her sisters didn’t stay too far off of God’s path?
