Imperial is an original character who can: read your character's fortune/future, tells fantastic wild stories for all to hear and offers a shoulder to cry on/a listening ear for your woes and problems. Beware, they're also a gossip and a chaos goblin deep down. They may also have insight on cool stuff you bring them but may be inclinded to haggle for it if they like it, stupid crow brained idiot <3
Imperial exists somewhat outside of time so can exist in multiple places at once! For Pharloom you may find them just outside of Bellhart on the Shellwood side or roaming Greymoor. For Hallownest their camp is in Kingdom's Edge before the Cast off Shell but sometimes you can find them wandering around the City of Tears.
Imperial uses they/he <3, you can call them Impy or Peri if you'd like! Also no shipping with them please as Peri is aroace :3 you can send in suggestive asks but they'll probably laugh at you about it

Anyone can interact! Come ask for a fortune, for a story, or to hang out! Fortunes can be done through several means so if you have a preference let them know but know I will probably bullshit a lot of stuff. Peri accepts several kinds of payment: geo, rosaries, interesting trinkets, information or sometimes, very rarely, company. Their fortunes have little bearing on anything and are mostly fun, sometimes they may fuck with you for giggles
