Finally! my perfect and inexpensive gym solution so I only have to carry one thing and not wear an awkward armband or waist pack !Wireless headphones( hallelujah ‘Swage Rokitboost’- amazing sound, comfortable and cheap!!) I wrapped this silicone phone armband around this silicone BKR water bottle! my phone(iPhone 6) fits in it securely even with a thin case on and no plastic front so I can type/txt freely. Plus ideal water bottle-glass not plastic with soft silicone sleeve -unbreakable!! I’m a genius!!!💃🏻🤓

It means 15 hours fasting and a 9 hour eating window 😊
