Hey! I am a Huge fan of your work, if I could afford to buy one of every sticker you make I absolutely would. I especially appreciate that you make so much art of less represented wildlife--it makes my environmental education nerd heart happy. Would you ever consider making sunflower seastar, dark-eyed junco (specifically the Oregon subspecies with the dark heads), and/or Pacific lamprey stickers? These are some of my favorite PNW native species, and I would love to have some of your art of them. Totally fair if not, I am a happy customer regardless. Have a good day!

Hii!! Thank you so so much for the kind words ;.; I absolutely would consider!! I’ve actually had two of those species in mind for stickers - there are just so many amazing critters found in North America ALONE, and that’s not even including the species in rest of the world!

I will say that the highest chance of getting a specific animal drawn by me is to suggest it as a monthly Patreon sticker! That’s how I usually get a chance to draw the weird more obscure critters 💕 but dark-eyed juncos make my heart super happy so they may come soon!!

For the salamander enthusiasts! This winter I’ve seen so many here in Northern California 🌲

I will be donating the proceeds of my new fire poppy & California dogface butterfly stickers and postcards to organizations helping out the people of Los Angeles who are displaced from the fires. Funds will be donated to four organizations.

I called LA home in my formative college and young adult years and it’s home to some of the most resilient, hardworking people I know. This is the least I can do to give back to the community and support people in the state I’ve lived in my whole life.

While the California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is perhaps the state’s most iconic flower, the fire poppy (Papaver californicum) is a rare California-endemic wildflower that deserves recognition too. What’s notable about this plant is that it only flowers following a wildfire. Many of California’s native plants are obligate seeders, meaning that they regenerate from seed banks following wildfires as part of the region’s ecology. While the destruction of these wildfires is horrific, these wildflowers serve as a reminder that even after severe devastation, life finds a way to persevere. ❤️
