Film Series

First of all, RIP to my trusty Sony RX100 mkII. You were so good to me I still can’t believe I lost you on a plane somewhere in Hawaii. 

In lieu of my compact and take-anywhere RX100, I now am using my mom’s old Olympus Stylus epic zoom 80. Some specs:

-old ass film point and shoot

-compact, weatherproof, sliding door design (its gold too lol)

-38 - 80mm f/4.5 lens

I found it while rummaging through the old cabinets at home, and took it with me to uni. Popped in a fresh roll of Fujifilm ISO 400 whatever film from CVS and boom new compact camera.

Of course I am very lazy so developing the rolls might take years, but for now its refreshing and fun to use something from the 90′s as a primary weekend shooter.

UMBRELLA

I thought this shot was really cool because of the flying umbrellas and the nice clouds in the back.

We went ice skating. The day doesn’t end until everyone has fallen at least once.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PI! Brunch at the cottage. I love eggs benedict!

We got bored one night and decided to play with lasers and had a mini rave in the apartment. We’re very lame.

Our friend wanted us to do a photoshoot of her cat, but her cat was scared of the leash and didn’t want to come out of her box. She’s called Bijou

This dog was named Oliver I think. He’s pretty old but still playful and cute!

Usually I don’t take pictures of strangers but I thought this shot was cool and HE WAS RIGHT THERE

We were alking along the beach and were like wtf are those. They were pretty big so maybe eagle eggs or something?

This place was so hipster it didn’t have a roof. Interesting sodas and awesome meatballs.
