Time for an update
You take your eyes off the prize and everything slips. 209.4 lbs as of 2/6. I've regained about 25 lbs since summer 2013. Not good. Time to refocus and to start dropping this body fat. I'll post pictures and stats this week. I'm angry at myself but I know exactly what caused this and what I need to change. Good news - I have a lot more muscle than I've had in the past, but these couple of inches of fat that have piled back on have got to go. It starts now.
