Something I think about a lot and it makes me so angry at myself is that I am in my twenties; these are my prime years. I should look like it. I shouldn't be spending wasting it being fat.

But it's OK. Ate my calorie limit for today.

Its party time!

I ate a big meal before I started to drink alcohol because it's safer and I won't get drunk so quickly.

I expect my weight to be a little higher on Monday but it's OK. I will loose it again next week.
