*The spawn symbol started spinning swiftly before flowing brightly. It took a more..Human form. It's face still that dumb spawn symbol, but it looked...More odd. Uncanny even. Its limbs were a little too long. ]

[Its tone was mocking as if trying to get under Sean's skin. It moved a hand up to gently poke Sean in between his eyes. ]

[ Brandon pointed at the item before putting up both arms and doing a grabbing motion as if trying to get it into his hands. ]
"I wanna see! Can I see? "
-> Curious type? It made the "angel" think of someone he's quite fond of. He hums, placing one hand on the younger's head.
"It's a gift from someone I love a lot, kid."
-> He bends down a little and opens his hand, showing off a shiny little pin. It was colored in soft blues and pinks with some white.
"Me and a good friend of mine, someone I call family, have matching ones. It's pretty, yeah?"
" That reminds me of a pin I have! "
[ Brandon looked through his pockets and pulled out a tiny white pin with a sun on it and the text 'I am a good downer!'. Brandon smiled as he continued talking ]
" My dad gave it to me! Isn't that cool? He said that I was doing well, so I got this the day before my ascension. It's so cool! "
"Ascension?"
-> He tilted his head slightly and hooked his pin onto his scarf, kneeling down beside the younger to get a better look at the pin.
"Must be an honor, yeah? What's this ascension all about?"
[ Brandon stared at Sean for a moment before frowning a little. ]
" I don't remember much. . I know that on the day of it, we had to do something big, and Dad said it would work and that we'd be on...Another level, I think. I don't know if I did it right. . I didn't ascend right away. I fell to the floor, and I tried getting up, but I couldn't really move and my head was like. . . Covered in red stuff. . . I remember thinking about Ozo! I wish they could've gone with me. Ozo was a good friend! "
[Brandon's smile came back, as if they had no clue what truly happened. ]
-> Sean sat there quietly as he listened. He didn't like what he was hearing, but he let the younger ramble his little heart out.
"I'm sure you ascended, kid. I bet you ascended the best out of anyone, yeah?"
-> He gently pats the younger's head, a small bubble of worry welling up in his chest. Why does this kid remind him or her so much?
"Bet your dad is proud of you."
" But this isn't the place Dad told me about! It was supposed to be a garden and stuff. . Now I'm just alone. "
[ Brandon paused before shaking his head as if trying to clear his thoughts. ]
"GOOD downers don't talk bad about the group. . "
[ He whispered that to himself a few times before letting out a shaky breath and looking back at Sean ]
" I didn't mean to be a bad downer. I'm sorry. "
[ Brandon seemed to wrap his arms around himself at a comforting mechanism. ]
