it takes ten seconds to tag something and forty five minutes to hours to calm down from a panic attack. think about that for a secondĀ
and totally feel comfortable enough to ask me to tag something that bothers you bc there are so many things that trigger people that i wouldnāt even think about and iām sorry if i do that but let me know!
Please tell me if you need something tagged. Please please please. I will without any hesitation.
Please tell me if you need anything tagged!!
I tag a lot, so one more wonāt hurt me, feel free to ask! And yeah, Iāll forget it ometimes, so feel free to remind me, even if you have asked before
Reblog this if you promise to your RP Partners that they can safely tell you they want to drop a thread without you being rude or manipulative about it

Brennyn nearly jumps out of their skin at the voice, having been too lost in thought to notice the eyes. As a reaction, they press their hands into their mask before⦠Calming a bit and dropping their arms.
āI⦠G-guess but⦠You n-need a destination to g-get lost, and I donāt really have any place to go.ā
They winced at his jump, before slowly blinking. āApologies. I did not mean to startle.ā
āI suppose so, but you can still get lost when you arenāt going anywhere can you not? Being lost is merely not knowing where you are.ā Are you getting into a debate now?
ā... Do you need a destination? Or a journey?ā

Exploring was something that was constantly on Magicās mind, them making sure, however, Martin stays close where ever they go. Itās just safer that way. The two exploring on their own often drew eyes, but it was easy to get adults to leave them aloneā¦
This however, was different. While traveling, Magic stumbled across this house, excited by the thought of going into an old abandoned house, seeing how things were before it was left to rot. They didnāt know the universe, nor the time period, hell, the area around them didnāt mean much to them either, they just wanted to go on adventures.
Martin, on the other hand, was exceptionally cautious. Heād never been overly superstitious, but this was just begging for trouble. Though, try as he might, he couldnāt convince Magic to abandoned this⦠He clung tight to hisĀ āsiblingāās arm as they stepped forward, gently pushing on the rotting door as is slowly slides open with a long, echoing creeeeeeeeeak.Ā Surely a good sign. Without hesitation, Magic walked in, dragging Martin with them.
Immediately, things felt wrong. Creaks and shifts deeper into the house and upstairs hinted that someone was still around, Martin gripping tighter to Magicās arm, shaking. The invasive cold chill that hug in the air was burrowing deep, even into Magic, who had the advantage of magical heat. They couldnāt image how cold Martin wasā¦
Magic turned their masked covered face to different areas, noting silently that the door closed behind them⦠They notice a shadow moving⦠Just barely out of their sight⦠Hmā¦

Magic patiently waits for him to snap back into attention as he thinks, before humming.
āI-I suppose i-it is. I-Iāve never looked at v-video game code b-before.ā
Magic you very well could have ended up waiting a while for that fool to think.
āI could show you. Maybe. Possibly. Itās uncertain. Are the files corrupted?ā That last bit seems to be to nobody in particular.Ā
@fragmentingtimespace Rebloged for a Brennyn starter!
It was veryĀ rare that Brennyn was by them self. They didnāt want to leave Martin by himself, defenseless, and also simply felt better being near Martin. But, with the near escape of Chaos⦠They didnāt want to risk being near him in fear of hurting himā¦
So Theyāre was wandering, not sure what universe theyāve stumbled into, or how potentially dangerous it was for a vaguely human looking child to be here.
Ah, but fortunately, they happen to have met a friendly gaze. A fellow in the shadows watching them. Itās unclear who quite yet, and the watched feeling the gaze gives lasts for a couple minutes, the being deciding whether to approach or not.
Then, a voice out of the shadows, accompanied by cyan eyes, the colour of echo flowers peering out at Brennyn.
āTra la la. Are you lost?ā

Martinās attention is snapped to the glitching of the house, eyes wide, while Magic quirks a brow, still confused.
āW-What even was the experiment in the first place?ā They question, just holding Martinās hand to calm him down.
It seems to be a similar thing to the glitching ofĀ āknightā before. Not much to worry about, he just seems to... disrupt it.
āThe house?ā thatās not what he meaaant you idiotĀ āThe experiment was the house. Seeing how it would stand up.ā That is really not a good explanation.

āC-Codeā¦?ā Magic found themselves mimicking, mildly nothing that their shared stutter with Martin sort of sounded like glitching in it a sense. Despite being inclined towards many languages, Magic didnāt bother listening in to the muttering, or trying to wrap their head around the name.
āK-Knightā¦? K-Kinda both really. S-See, itās good for M-Martin to get out some, s-so I figured exploring would be good, and th-this place seemed empty and s-so we came in out of c-curiousity.ā Magic then nodded, content with that explanation.
āā¦Wā¦W-Why are youā¦. ch-checking up on th-this placeā¦?ā Martin finally speaks up, nervously asking the question in a quiet, barely audible voice.
āCodeā He nods, not explaining it at all. Itās probably better magic didnāt listen to the gibberish really, because half of it wasnāt even words, it was just... disjointed nonsense really. āIndeed! Knight!āĀ
He nods in understanding āAh ha! Good reasons.ā Because exploring an old place that even plants wonāt touch is totally a good idea.
āGetting out, seeing if itās still standing, finding out how it stands!ā He elbows the wall, causing it to glitch out a bit, rippling for a bit into the rest of the building. There is now a hole in the wall.Ā āI think termites like it. Or the elements. Good to know. Experiment does not stand.ā

It was instinctual for Magic to push Martin a little behind themselves protectively, wings tucked close to their back as they stared at the stranger⦠He⦠Seemed friendly, if not a little odd, but Magic, for Martinās sake, continued to be on the cautious side, and not shake the beings hand, even if they found it rude.
āā¦I-Iām Magic, a-and thatās M-Martin. S-Sorry if w-we were intrudingā¦ā They mumbled, frowning from under their paper mask. One thing seemed to stick. Brave, but not wise, not even the plants⦠Magic would have to ask them why⦠If they could get out to talk to the plantsā¦
Martin was shaking, both cold and scared, cowering behind his āsibling.ā He didnāt like this, the hairs on the back of his neck practically standing on end. He tugged on Magicās sleeve, wanting to leave.
He dropped his hand when it wasnāt shook.Ā āNot one for touch? Per-perfectly fine!ā He glitches briefly in the middle of a word (as does a bit of the house), causing him to repeat it slightly. āH-Hello? Wh-Whoās there!?ā They called out, vines wrapping around their armsā¦Ā
The house was a fairly simple place. A bit of a funny shape for itās foundations, and it was in poor state, but the plants didnāt seem keen to overtake it. The furnishing was sparse, merely plain wood other than a patchy rag rug under some of the furniture, oh, and there was a torn picture featuring three figures. Not much to talk about really. Some of the furniture had clearly been smashed by some rowdy passerby or something, and nobody had bothered to fix it yet. āWell that door is rusty. It needs oiling certainly. The hinges creak like itās some sort of doom house.ā It sounds like three people speaking in turn, the effect only made odd by the switching back to the second voice for the wordsĀ ādoom house.ā One of the speakers sounds female, one was hard to guess, and one sounded like a text to speech app. Their tones varied wildly, but none of them sounded angry at least?Ā āThough I suppose the whole place has really gone to pieces. Broken down. Like the chair! Hee hee. Oh they would like that one.ā Did the voices just laugh at their own horrible joke? They have no taste.
The area of the shadows seems to glitch a bit as a figure steps out of them, draped in some ragged fabric, about as patchy as the house, the way it was attached blocked from view buy a bandana, white, in pristine condition compared to the... I suppose itās a cloak? The loose ends from the knot seem to be able to move on their own, twitching up and around. How odd.Ā
Probably the strangest part was the... thing.Ā ās face. It was completely white, marred with a pair of... markings? Scars? Cracks? Itās unclear. Coming from two black voids of eyes. It doesnāt have a nose, but it does have a smile that reaches far to wide, yet doesnāt reach itās eyes.Ā
āGreetings. Hello! How are you? I was just checking, looking, peeking in on an old project. Sorry state. Broken down.ā This... Person. Seems to be the source of all the different voices. More getting thrown in as he speaks.Ā
āDidnāt expect to see anyone here. Didnāt know anyone could find it. Itās probably fine. Absolutely peachy.ā Why does he keep repeating different words with a similar meaning? Weāll never know. He seems to only notice the fact thereās two of themĀ āTwo people. Persons. Not quite human? Something else. Siblings? Or merely similar friends. Very brave. Perhaps not the wisest. Even the plants. Nevermind the plants. Hello again.ā
He walks forwards, the house seeming to glitch around him as he disappears from sight and reappears a lot closer, holding out a hand.Ā āPleased to meet you. Good to see you. What would be your names? Name? Calling cards...ā He seems to get lost in thought briefly before snapping back out of it. The area he was in is no longer quite so dark.
