Remember this time last year? The 1975 we’re doing their uk and Ireland tour, playing unreleased songs like ‘if you’re too shy (let me know)’ and they were so happy that people had learnt the song off by heart when they performed it. And the excitement there was when NOACF came out. That was a great time

I don’t think people really understand why I think Matty is so great.

So here’s a list of some of the things he’s done:

- went against the abortion ban and called the people who supported it, “misogynistic wankers”

- helped his girlfriend FKA Twigs and supported her through her journey of healing after her previous abusive relationship

- creates a voice for people who feel like they don’t have one

- helps people through his music and being a voice for our generation

- goes against society’s norms where he wears skirts and dresses and doesn’t give a damn

The 1975 has my crying over things I can’t even relate to. Is this sad? I mean possibly but it doesn’t hurt anyone to sing to Robbers which is “to 16 year old you”

I love the 1975 right, it’s my favourite band and no shade to any of them, but what’s with “I always wanna die sometimes”? Like ‘always’ and ‘sometimes’ are completely different concepts of time, but you put them both together? Ok
