I always imagined the relationship between Tron and Angel (my s/O) to be a bit like...awkward. After all Tron going through clu's take over and dyson's betrayal, he's bound to be a bit distant and cold (which he is in uprising).
So I just imagine him talking to her like this once a week.

I went digging in some parts of the internet and I found some old concepts for a character from TRON: uprising.
She was meant to be a sort of "love interest" for tron, and a future mentor for Paige in season two.
Apparently she was meant to appear in the middle of season one but later on her arrival was shifted to season two (which sadly never happened)

Angel (my s/i) and Hal have a very complex relationship, they are actually very shy when it comes to expressing affection especially when they are aboard the discovery.
Angel's love language is through physical affection while Hal's is through words of affirmation.
They both absolutely love each other's voice.
Angel often asks Hal to sing or read for her, but gets very shy when he asks for her to join.
