Hello!! I am asking here for some advice, I see that you give your mairmo seltzer baths but... How do you do that? Here in Mexico we only have the powder kind of seltzer... How does a seltzer bath work?

Do you have bottled carbonated/sparkling water? That’s what I use for the seltzer baths - I give my marimo a quick wash with clean plain water to clean out any slime or grit, press out any excess water, and then change the water in its bowl to the bottled bubbly stuff. I imagine you could possibly use club soda, but that has added minerals, so I’m not sure if/how that would affect the marimo. I would be cautious in using the powder for the same reason - I’m not sure if there are any additives that might be harmful.
