I binged on cookies yesterday but it looks like ive maintained. I really need to get my metabolism up again through exercise but I literally detest working out. I do not enjoy it.
:( wish I was one of those who over exercised instead of overate
66.9kg right now, I could round it up to 67kg but that 0.1kg means a helluva lot to me which is kinda sad. Oh well.

Why does literally every other girl around me look normal and I look like the odd one out?

Lost 0.2kg from saturday, not so bad. Wish I could lose like 1 kilogram weekly.
If I didn't have this desperation to be skinny, what would I even think about all day? It has literally consumed my life.

Ive dropped down 1 kilo in two days so its probably water weight and because its the end of my period.

I was daydreaming about all sorts of salty and sweet food this morning but seeing that drop in the scale just wiped that hunger away. Now all im doing is drinking water. Actual euphoria.
I've held off buying sweets for 4 days now, longest so far, yikes.
I'm so hungry all the time.
Terrible week, I gained 0.2kg which is probably because I barely exercised and had way too much saturated fat, carbs and sodium.
Back on track today.
