ok so here what's I remember from the magic pirate au bc I didn't write much down back then (ref to the tags. I can do the other ones if you want more info :D )
Magic pirate au. There was magic in the world, it was embraced but that soon changed after a illness came along. Nobody knew how it happened. non magic people turned on those who had magic, believing it was them that cause this deadly disease. The people target a powerful witch, burning her, planning to do the same to other magic users. In her dying words she curse the people that they will suffered the consequences and wouldn't be saved from the illness. Only those with magic can save them, the witch then transported all Those with magic to Islands to keep them safe. Time skip. On the islands magic was slowly disappearing, magic user were getting sick to the illness which they were previously immune from. So a brave soul decided to adventure out to find a cure, also having the illness. Which was bendy.
So basically, illness happened, people blamed it on the magic people, burned Witch, Witch cursed them by never finding a cure without magic people help, then teleporting all magic people on Islands. Years later, magic people are getting sick with the same illness. Bendy went by himself to find a cure, Boris does go after him. Also Boris had bubble magic, he could make bubbles and they also could be used like as a facetime device? Bendy didn't have magic bc of illness. Anyway, the Cupbros were pirates, bendy stored away on their ship. They agreed to help for some reason? Also they found Felix in a bar fight later on. That's about it.
Yoooo this is really cool :D!!! The mystery of the lore is a lot of fun and Boris' magic sounds really interesting!! Pirate cbros sound so cool and I'd really like to see how that bar fight went down. (And if you want yes I'd love to know more about your other aus!!)
So it's been a while. Honestly I don't think I ever actually even used this blog, just reblogged shit on occasion bc I was still too paralyzed by social anxiety to muster up the courage to actually post. And while that's still mostly true, I have been working on that lately. Ngl I'm still mostly occupied with another fandom currently, but honestly ever since I first got into magi it always lingers in the back of my mind despite it being like, close to a decade at this point. So I was going through the Drakon tag going "man, I wish there was more content of him." And ykw I figured I might as well add my meager contributions to pile in case there's any others like me still subsisting of the handful of content we have (also ignore the obvious difference in quality between the two images these were drawn pretty far apart in terms of time and I'm just not consistent-)
