Namjoon talks about what it means to be a leader!!
I love how he explains this, taking on that inconvenience so that the team could stay comfortable. the light hearted analogy/scenario stands out to me cause it shows that the love he has for the team is worth that inconvenience. he could have easily used a more extreme scenario that highlights power/control especially since we know of times where being a leader had taken a toll on him. he has every right to whine and complain cause his position certainly isn’t easy but he’s actively choosing to stay grounded and not let ego overrule how he chooses to go about things. I’m happy to hear that the members acknowledging his efforts eases his stress, i think that reaffirmation keeps him going ♡

“I felt very sad so I sat down. I felt so sad that I rested my head on my own knees and smoothed my own head. I felt so sad I couldn’t imagine feeling any other way again. I said, I don’t like this. I don’t want to do this anymore. And I went back to lying in bed, just before the doorbell rang.”
