Reblogging this post again because it made me really stop and think about the fact that almost all my protagonists have brown eyes, many of my antagonists have blue eyes, and it’s all because my best friend in the world has talked so much about how terrible people have been to her about having brown eyes.

Every protagonist with brown eyes really is just a mark of love for my best friend, as a balm for all the times someone else was cruel.
