Open a Ticket, a Tragedy in One Part
Brazenly I stepped into the demonās lair, sulfur and hate assaulting my every facet as I cried, āFiend! Thy shoddy code hath robbed me of a [Manastormās Duplicator]! Make right this tragedy, as I know you have done for my fellow knights! Such is your only purpose, now make it so!ā
For a long spell, too long in fact, the demon slumbered. When at last the echoes stirred the beast, it had not heard me. Its thousand maws open, and it screams. It screamed and it sang, āCHAMPION OF LIGHT FORSAKEN, SEEK THY SALVATION AMONG THE WOWED HEADS AND FROZEN VEINS, SEEK YOUR ANSWERS AMONG YOUR FELLOW KNIGHTS, FOR LO, YOU FIND ONLY THE HEAT OF VEXATIONS HERE!" Naught but riddles, even to a seasoned crusader like me. Iād heard all the demonās twisting lies before, but none of these were familiar, it sounded hollow, like it was simply saying the words to hear them be spoken.
It cackled, a horrid sound like the breaking of a childās bones, before it again settled. My blades found no purchase against its steely hide, and it was too cruel to simply kill me. I could not strike out and lay low the beast, for I was but an insect before a mountain. Again, it spat out, its torments. Again, it spat out its temptations. I tried to turn my ear, but my will was weak and broken from my long stand against it.

I fell to my knees in despair, and it fell back to its nest with a satisfied, Cheshire grin, "Thanks again for your contact, Regards, Blizzard Supportāāāāāāāāāāāāā.ā
Tāwas only then that I realized, as the light faded and the demon laughed, that paying a subscription fee for a game that canāt be bothered to QA test its own products anymore, expecting its customers to do it for them, then have the audacity to give canned responses that are totally irrelevant to the issue at hand in a time frame that is not immediate is inexcusable for anyone, a thousand timesĀ more soĀ for a company like Blizzard.
