I didn’t wanna leave this Tumblr empty tonight, so I thought I’d share one of my last attempts at a full fledged fan comic.

This comic (Named “Dead is Dead” after a quote from Sonic comic writer Ian Flynn) was going to be a silly comedy based around an old, obscure, and unimportant villain from the Archie Sonic comics named Xenin being given a second chance by the writers to prove he is capable of being a good villain. Lots of comedic shenanigans were going to ensue that I would talk about here, but to be honest I love the idea so much I think I might use it again someday, so I’ll keep my mouth shut. Till then, have some pages I completed c:

The beginning of the comic featured Xenin, following his rather underwhelming demise, having his first meeting with The Writer…

The mustached echidna was called Pen Kenders the Enchilada :P He was without a doubt my favorite thing about this comic *shot*

For anyone who still checks in on this blog, I’ve got a brand new blog dedicated to only sharing my artwork and things. So if you wanna follow any drawings I do or commission me or something without having to deal with all the non-art I post here then I’d appreciate it if you gave it a follow ^^

I might still keep using this one as a personal blog, but it also might just die completely :T I guess I’ll wait and see :P

The less we read the Bible

The more we start to think we already know God’s word

The more complacent we become about studying it

The more susceptible we are to adopting beliefs into our theology that go against God’s teachings.

Spend time in God’s word, so you can know better when the world tries to fool you, or when you try to fool yourself.

Remember that you never understand God as well as you think you do, there is always more to be learned, and always ways in which you need to be corrected, and the only person who can do that is Christ.

So stop for a moment right now, and read a little of what He has to say.

It’s His time He’s given you after all, what better way to use it than to give some of it back to Him.
