Hi! How would you describe Juno's personality and fashion style? I want to hear all about them!

Aaaa Tysm for taking an interest!

I would say Juno’s fashion style is similar to my own: graphic tees, an undershirt or flannel, high waisted baggy jeans ect. However where we differ is Juno prefers to deck out their flannel in patches and pins (as of right now the actual BAB has a non binary pin and a record patch, I need to make more). They also like fishnets and have DIYed many of those fishnet tops. They also give their converse to their friends to draw on. So when they look down at their feet weather it be out of anxiety or anything else, they are reminded they have loved ones who care about them. I also do this btw :3 Overall I’d say Juno likes to maximize their wardrobe to show off as much of their values and interests as possible!

As for personality Juno is pretty laid back and a VERY loving parent to their son Pip! They’re the type of parent to put a lot of trust in their kid. For example if Pip says he’s sick and can’t go to daycare , they won’t grill him on weather or not he’s lying. I remember when I was a kid I had a big fear of lying so when people would question my statements I would crumble, so I wanted Juno to be the opposite and what I would have wanted as a small child. Juno made it a priority to teach Pip boundaries and how to set them. This is shown in practice when they ask Pip for hugs or physical affection, giving Pip the opportunity to say no. This also harkens back to my childhood because as an autistic kid I felt obligated to give hugs when they made me uncomfortable. All in all, I’d say Junos style of parenting consists of things I wish were given to me as a child.

As for Juno’s personality outside of their son I’d say they don’t really drop that protective attitude around friends. Of course they don’t baby their friends but they’re the type to volunteer to be designated driver until someone says “hey you’re always volunteering, why don’t I take a turn tonight”. Even then they don’t get hammered like in their youth, before Pip. They also love horror/ slasher movies especially the campy bad ones.

TELL ME EVERYTHING ABOUT JUNO (please)

Juno (they/them)

I named them after Elliot Pages character from the Movie Juno because I wanted them to have similar outfit and personality vibes. I loosely based their outfit on grunge photos I found online.

Build a Bear also released a mini version of the blue and purple tie dye frog which I also have. His name is Pip and he’s Juno’s son (pictured below!) Juno is such a wonderful and proud parent. Pip loves fairies and his outfit is pink argyle with fairy wings attached. Pip doesn’t go anywhere without his little fairy wing backpack. I intentionally wanted Juno and Pip to be somewhat opposites. This is for two reasons. One, it’s simply fun to make and experiment making clothes in different styles. Two, I wanted it to really show that Juno is the type of parent that doesn’t impose their preferences onto their son. If Pip is safe and happy they couldn’t be more thrilled

Little details on the actual plush I have yet to add is embroidery. I want to add top surgery scars on their chest. I also want to embroider a little frog with fairy wings tattoo that says Pip under it because their son is so important to them and I thought their design didn’t reflect that enough.

It’s literally 5am and I woke up in a stupor to write this lol, lmk if you have any questions or want to know anything specific! I’m more than happy to answer any questions about my stuffies! I will be posting the rest of them soon enough!
