Best piece of advice I could give anyone is to stay away from anything that makes you feel small. People, places, situations… And continually check yourself about it too. Like regularly ask yourself if you feel like you’re closing in on yourself or opening up and able to bloom
Hypersensitivity is not the experience of being sensitive; it’s the demand that circumstances must be rearranged around us to avoid triggering our own discomfort.
Discomfort, in small and tolerable doses, is a natural part of how we grow. Muscles tear so they can rebuild stronger. Our psycho-emotional landscape expands through challenges.
However, when discomfort is prolonged and relentless, it overwhelms our capacity to manage and it turns into trauma.
It is surprisingly easy to lose your cool, and to react to minor stresses and to irritating people. However, most of us would rather feel relaxed and in control, and the following guidelines can help us reach this goal.

Begin to treat your consciousness like a precious child that you would want to nurture and protect. Feed it knowledge that will help wisen up the soul. Music that will uplift your heart. Focus on bonds that connects to your deepest truths as they are, not the ones you wish to change… let those go. Come to the realization that energy and time are the currency within our third dimensional reality. It is more valuable than any dollar you’ll ever make because it’s nonrefundable, and our experiences cannot be exchanged only remembered. Be mindful with what you decide to spend your life force on.

I will not ask you to stay If you must go, go I don’t need you I will breathe (carefully) without you I will smile (slowly) without you I will go on (eventually) without you I’d be much happier If you chose to not leave, But if you must let go, let go And I will too And hopefully one day I will teach my heart to not break Whenever everyday thoughts Lead to you I’m afraid I’m much too weak, I’m afraid we’ll always be A book with the end pages ripped out, I’m afraid I’ll always wonder, Always ache, Always place everyone second to you I’m afraid I’ll always love you But I will not ask you to stay.
