Well, it seemed as if the danger of the ice cream melting was slowing down. Putting it in shade and getting people to start dragging some fans out to at least slow down how much the temperature rose was a good sign, but now they really needed to ice this stuff if they wanted to ensure its absolute safety.Â
Looking around the corner for any kind of ice machine or ice kiosk heâd soon find some signs of one which was a trail of a few ice cubes, and turning the corner heâd seeâa pair of legs sticking out from the chute.Â
Giving a rather panicked look, Eiji was quick to run towards the ice kiosk and grab whoever was stuck inside before pulling them outâor at least attempting to with all of his might, him trying to do so fast before the child caught their death of sickness.Â
â J-Just hold on!! I-Iâll get you out soon..!! H-How did you get stuck ah never mind thatâs not important..! Just.. just wait..! âÂ
"Good Job, Cirno." It was embarrassing, even if the streets were just about deserted. Her butt- wait no, failure was sticking out of a stupid Ice vendor that was beyond cramped. The only "benefit" was that the ice inside kept her somewhat cool. That was at least a little bit better than humiliation AND heat sickness.
"H-hey? Anyone there?" The only response was silence, not that anything else was expected. Her skinny limbs and loud wings bumped inside the machine, followed by hard kicks to the front - which only succeeded in tiring her out. "Come on! Anyone?! I know people weren't that far away! If youâre going to laugh at me then donât leave me here too!"
She was about to give up before hearing Eiji to the rescue. The person she was trying to assist in the first place.Â
"I-I was just about to get out of here actually! But I wouldn't mind a bit of help."
