Send me a â and I'll use a random generator to decide which College AU plot to write you a starter for!
A pipe burst in Muse Aâs dorm building and they have been reassigned to room with Muse B, who paid extra money to have a private room, during the renovation.
Muse A and Muse B were best friends in high school and promised to keep in touch during college, but never so much as spoken after their high school graduation. Upon walking into their dorm room the last year of college, they discover they are roommates and together once again. Muse A is happy to see Muse B, but Muse B is rather annoyed with being stuck with them. After all, they did ditch them during college on purpose!
Muse A decided to go to college when theyâre in their late 20âs/early 30âs, Muse B is fresh out of high school and happens to have most of their classes with Muse A.
Muse A is a college professor of Muse Bâs favorite class. Iâll leave it as that.
Muse A is a photography major and Muse B is an art major and both are inspired by the other, whether they know each other not!
Muse A is in art school. Muse B needs money and decides to get it by posing nude for the art students.
Muse A is in their last year of college and Muse B has just entered their first year right out of high School and live on the same floor in their dorms. Turns out Muse B is Muse Aâs best friendâs younger sibling.
Muse A offers Muse B their jacket after being forced out of the shower and are only in a towel during a fire drill in the middle of the night.
Muse A works as a stripper in a little hole in the wall club outside of town to pay their school loans. Muse B, being lonely after just transferring, decides to go to said strip club and sees Muse A working there, and they just so happen to recognize them from a few of their classes.
Muse A works in the collegeâs library and notices the Muse B is in there literally all the time studying. Muse B spends all their time with their nose in their books because their parents put a lot of stress on them to get good grades and be what they want them to be, even though itâs not Muse Bâs dream. Maybe Muse A can be the person that helps Muse B stand up for what they want.
Muse As grades are slipping due to a rather rambunctious semester of partying more than studying and Muse B can barely stand to be in the same room as them, but has somehow managed to get stuck tutoring them. At least theyâre getting paid for it.
Our muses absolutely hated each other in high school but somehow ended up as roommates in college.
How to Get Away with Murder s05 starters ep. 1 & 2
â[Name], marry me. I mean it.â
âDo I need to take your phone away?â
âAre you hungry? Thereâs a really good cafĂ© down the street.â
âYou lied to me. Youâre still lying.â
âThereâs a reason why IÂ wasnât calling you back.â
âIâm meeting a group for dinner.â
âHey. Sorry Iâm late. My Uber driver put in the wrong address.â
âAny good gossip?â
âSorry, I talk a lot. I just know Iâd kick myself later if I didnât at least try.â
âWhat, are we selling liquor from the back of the house now?â
âGirl, you used to have a shelf booty. Canât put nothing on that now.â
âStop it. How dare you? Getting me all excited because I think youâve come to see me.â
âNow that weâre back in each otherâs lives you think Iâm gonna be a burden to you, is that it?â
â[Name], please open the door.â
âI made some cobbler from the pears you left in the kitchen.â
âYou feel like a little nightcap on the porch?â
âI got us a couple of spots at the bar. Theyâre known for their martinis.â
âDo you see what Iâm talking about now? That is what getting married does to people. Why would we do that to ourselves?â
âWe donât need to get married to prove that we love each other.â
âI know how you can get out of it. We go to Vegas and elope. This time tomorrow, we could be screaming our married heads off at Britney.â
âI feel very lucky youâre here.â
âItâs the kinda bed you can spend all day in, right?â
âBae is brilliant, powerful, and hawt. It is my job to be threatened.â
âYou busy tomorrow night?â
âIâd be drinking too if I had your life.â
âWhere do you want to live?â
âIâm not gonna be able to leave here if I know youâre upset with me.â
â[name], what happened to you is not right. No one should lose as much as you have lost.â
âWhat Iâm trying to do is to protect you from losing any more. But itâs happening. Youâre losing me. Youâre losing me, and thereâs nothingâŠÂ you can do to stop it from happening.â
âDonât worry. Iâll stay as long as I can.â
âIâm letting you go. Look at us. Weâre here, at this restaurant. Weâve been given a second chance. So itâs time we went our separate ways.â
âOf course I want to get married. I want us to have kids and a house and a dog and grow old and die within a week of each other. But I want to say yes because weâre in a good place, and weâre happy just being boring old us.â
âI can see it in your eyesâŠÂ You got your groove back.â
âAnd for future reference, your greatest asset is this. Your heart.â
âWell, I say free the bump, and if they discriminate, you can sue, and you can use the money to sit on your ass for a few years.â
âYou can take all the time you need.â
âWhy do you want to be a lawyer?â
âYou know, honestly, I donât think that weâd be having this conversation if she were a man. The, uh⊠patriarchy is alive and kicking, as we all know.â
âIâm trying to help you here.â
âI only give people a hard time who give me a hard time.â
âMy life is finally coming together, so pleaseâŠÂ stay out of my way for once.â
âEverybodyâs better off without me, like you said.â
âLook at everything that youâve gotten away with. People are dead and you didnât go to jail and you have the nerve to have an existential crisis?â
âGirls against boys. Come. Iâll explain everything else I know.â
âNo, what makes me uncomfortable is you telling me that what I want to discuss in here is wrong. I mean, Iâm here, I showed up on time, and all youâve done is make me feel more screwed up than I already am.â
âLook, Iâm not gonna do your job for you.â
âOh. It even smells like money.â
âIâve got an album of photos that says that you canât hold your liquor.â
âI thought you were cooking me dinner tonight.â
âIf you have something to say, say it.â
âI hate myself more than you could ever hate me if that makes you feel any better.â
âWhat can I do⊠to make it better?â
âYou deserve a vacationâŠÂ Somewhere on a beach with a piña colada.â
âI won. I mean, it was my first case back, and I won it. Thatâs why I wanted to tell you about it, because it felt good. It was something good.â
âI-I wasnât asking you to say that.â
âWe should start our own support groupâŠÂ For therapy, we could get drunk.â
CALM DOWN ABOUT NET NEUTRALITY.
Donât worry. They still have to go to court.
But guess what? Thereâs something you didnât know about the vote.
Get this: the vote was basically illegal.
You heard me right. Eric Schneiderman, American lawyer, said in Twitter: âI will sue to stop the FCCâs illegal rollback of #netneutrality. New Yorkers and all Americans deserve a free and open internet.â
Not only do we have another ally, but now we know that the vote wasnât supposed to happen.
Weâve got this. Now the REAL FIGHT starts now.

âMen are rats, listen to me, theyâre fleas on rats, worse than that, theyâre amoebas on fleas on rats. I mean, theyâre too low for even the dogs to bite. The only man a girl can depend on is her daddy.â
