Body update! My shoulders are looking better than they ever have
Here's my new 4-day split routine I'll be trying out soon
This is what you call a post workout meal (catfish,grapes, homemade granola, string cheese, and beef jerky)
Black bean burger (lettuce, mayo, cheddar, thin wheat bun), pita chips, and cottage cheese. This is how you adult (though I'm 16 ;P)
Doing well with Freeletics:Gym
My shoulder has been hurting a bit the past three days so I don't want to push it, but I have an upper body workout today. I hope I don't get injured
I'm making nice progress putting on muscle
I'm loving my shoulders
Just bought a bar and a bunch of weights
Barbell
I'm heading to Academy tomorrow to buy a barbell and some plates. I'm pretty excited, once I have it I'm starting Freeletics:Gym

1 Month Bulking Measure
It's been exactly a month since I started my home bulking routine. My biceps and thighs (relaxed) have grown half an inch. My calfs have grown a quarter inch and my shoulders have grown .75 inches. I'm pretty happy with the results so far, I'll continue this routine for two more months and then move on to Freeletics (bodyweight)
My hands are all calloused from lifting weights and doing chin ups

Muscle Milk
I'm trying to find a good post-workout protein drink so I bought a vanilla créme and chocolate flavored Muscle Milk. I tried the vanilla one today and it actually has a decent flavor. It doesn't taste wonderful, but it doesn't make me want to throw up like all the protein powder/drinks I've tried. Since I know I like this flavor I'm going to buy a big container of Muscle Milk protein powder.
