Is it weird that I’d love to see all the various children of Dracula from media over the years in a sitcom as actual siblings? XD
You forgot the most important daughter of Drac

stop saying white people don’t have their own culture this belongs to no one else
That “oh” at the end is the funniest thing I have ever seen. There is no other diplomatic way to respond.

she’s doing god’s work
She literally identifies as biracial, why only mention her Japanese side..?
You know why.
But let her make a mistake and they will make sure to let the world know she’s Black.
How are you going tweet her direct fucking quote ‘I’m going to be me’ and then fail to mention her hatian side that’s shes incredibly proud of? White people are fucking annoying
A Twitter user saw an ad for this neat, unassuming house for sale for less than $159,000.
It had a beautiful yard, so he made an app’t to see it. And, that’s when things got weird.
The living room was messy and tacky, but it had a nice spiral staircase, an open 2nd fl. balcony, and Mediterranean style.
But what was up with this mural of outer space?
And these 2 creepy homemade aliens?
Well, the space theme continued into the dining room. The mural made it look like you were in a spaceship that landed on the moon- see earth off in the distance?
Hmmm. This looks like the conference room in a space ship.
The kitchen is plain, but still has a few touches, as well as a “sealed” hatch door.
What, you say you like the beach? This house has you covered. The bedroom has a waterbed and that’s real sand on the floor.
The bathroom is a tropical rain forest.
This 2nd bedroom is beautifully staged in a hippie retro theme- notice the square bed- it must be a cardboard box.
Look, this spare room is a blank canvas- you can make it anything you like.
And, I don’t know what this is on the mezzanine.
The back of the house is nice, but it’s a little overgrown- the ivy is starting to cover some of the windows. It was sold for $152,500.

Whatever the reason, it’s clear that these people were living their absolute best life.
that’s an Animal Crossing house
Trump is losing Texas. He is losing Texas. This is not a drill, he’s so bad, he’s made Texas a toss-up. This is huge.
Even better: Texas starts counting early votes and mail-in ballots, ahead of Election Day.
Meaning they will likely be able to announce the winner of the state on election night.
Meaning if Texas flips blue, it will be known on election night.
Meaning Texas can basically stab Trump’s chances in the heart on November 3.
@lesless I’m pulling hard for your state

Okay but for anyone who legit wants to know how to calculate it correctly:
The elbow joint on average rests a couple inches higher than the navel, so if you measure how long the distance is from the middle of the shoulder to that point then you have the length of the upper and fore arms!
So if anyone’s wondering about legs too, the simplest rule of thumb is that the length from the top of the leg to the knee is equal to the distance between the top of the leg and the bottom of the pectorals:
And I wanna stress that when i say “top of the leg” i’m not talking about the crotch (please don’t flag me tumblr it’s an anatomical term) i’m talking about the point where the femur connects to the pelvis, which is higher up on the hips:
It’s easier to see what I’m talking about in this photo of a man squatting:
So yeah if you use that measurement when using this technique you should get fairly realistically proportioned legs:
But remember! messing with proportions is an important and fun part of character design! Know the rules first so you can then break them however you please!
HOW THE HELL DID I FIND THIS POST OMG
Licherally in the midst of drawing a guy and crying at how bad the arms are. Thanks Tumbles
I only ever saw the part where people started drawing the limbs outrageously long and genuinely wanted to know how to fix that, so I’m really thankful to see the rest.

as a friend pointed out, this headline makes it sound like supply will be dwindling. supply is fine. people will be *priced out*.
An excellent demonstration of how it’s cowardly “journalism” to use the passive voice in headline writing. “Companies will raise the price of insulin too high for an estimated 40 million people by 2030” is the news. It’s not something that’s JUST GONNA HAPPEN.
It’s less an issue of passive voice (American grammarians have inherited a worrisome fetish with hating a perfectly natural aspect of language) than of word choice.
“40 million people with diabetes will be priced out of access to insullin by 2030, a new study predicts.”
The study focuses on the numbers, not the three manufacturers causing the issue, yet more accurate wording acknowledges both aspects.
