I have missed SO many Lucero shows this year and I've done a terrible job at keeping up with this page. In all fairness, I've been bad at keeping up with my personal tumblr too. There's another Lucero show at Maxine's the day after my birthday. I've had a birthday show there every year for the last 3 or 4 years. Kevin and Agnes sold the place but I know Agnes had bands already booked for the next 3 months so I'm not sure if she actually did that for me like she always has or if it was just a coincidence and the new owners did it unknowingly. Either way....I think I have to miss it. :( One of my friends is getting married that day and I'll have a long drive ahead of me so I have to leave on my birthday in order to be up there for the wedding the next day. Bla bla bla useless info to you guys. Just wanted to sorta check in.

Instead of spending my night tomorrow trying to get Ben to take me back to his tour bus/hotel room/empty alley, at the constant nagging of my loving friends, I will be hosting an end of the world party at my house. I have already informed all of my friends that I am missing a Lucero show for their sorry asses and if they do not show, HEADS WILL ROLL! :) If you're in Little Rock, this is an excellent way to bring in your impending doom!
