Dear tumblr friends, and my extended community of creators and supporters of art - You may have seen me announce a small break from modeling for the summer. Here’s what I’ve been up to:

I am currently volunteering two months of my time and talents to participate on the team building one of the keynote art installations at Burning Man 2015. I am doing “admin assist” work and some small scale labor (staining wood, for example) but this past week have been personally put in charge of creating this fundraiser from scratch, providing relevant media, and distribution of perks to our backers. Yes, it is also my job to personally see to it our supporters receive what they have purchased.

The benefits of creating public art for the masses to enjoy is of such great value to humanity in general, I can’t even begin to rattle off the reasons. I am so happy to be a part of my greatest passion - creating art - for a project this scale. Please note this is an huge project nearly a year in the making which serves to benefit all - I’m not asking for some self indulgent road trip money for the purpose of only benefitting myself. This is truly for all. REAL art has such great value.
