Yes it opened in theatres in Japan a few weeks ago, I don't where if it's being shown anywhere else in the world though.

I don't no, the DVD is released in July so there probably won't be a subbed version out until sometime after then :)

Done few hours ago. I’m a fan of Gantz and I’m reading this manga since 2008 ‘til now. It has an unbelievable twisted sci-fi vampire alien, artistically made love story. If I’ll include some similar features from other mangas/animes or movies; their combat suits are kinda like from Tron, the story has a blend of Matrix and Ghost in the Shell and other series/movies you can think of.

Oh, I remember, even Tricia Gosingtian is also reading this series. lol.
