To try and break my artblock, I wanted to draw the emo boy from Mozart l'opera rock, but unfortunately, I'm terrible drawing beards and well, it's a signature thing for him. So what I did is: I opened pinterest, grabbed some pics and tried tracing on top of them with my artstyle. I felt bad at first, but some artist friends said it's actually great for training and well- It was! In fact, one of these was made with no reference and it looks nice, so I AM learning >:D
