So I drew this back in 2022. I only editted it today because I decided to render this specific drawing. This depicts my boyfriend @samscouts DnD character Comet. A druid in the Circle of Stars. Comet is a non-binary kalashtar. I have always loved that he uses vitiligo to symbolise the two souls in the same body.
On another note, with fresh 2026 eyes, I can tell that there is a lot of weird anatomy in this drawing. However, the hunched back was intentional for this drawing as I wanted everything to lean toward the left bottom corner of the drawing. In the render that I plan to post in a few days, I will certainly fix that arm!

This is a method I started using when NFTs were on the rise - thieves would have to put actual work into getting rid of the mark - and one that I am now grateful for with the arrival of AI. Why? Because anyone who tries to train an AI on my work will end up with random, disruptive color blobs.
I can't say for sure it'll stop theft entirely, but it WILL make your images annoying for databases to incorporate, and add an extra layer of inconvenience for thieves. So as far as I'm concerned, that's a win/win.
I'll be showing the steps in CSP, but it should all be pretty easy to replicate in Photoshop.
Now: let's use the above image as our new signature file. I set mine to be 2500 x 1000 pixels when I'm just starting out.
I feel like this is more important now than ever.
If Pikachu were real, it would not be a very pleasant animal. An enormous mouse that shocks you like an electric eel. I would run from these beasts
I am once again asking for aid- with more visuals this time cuz im stupid

I’ve come to know your art a month ago or so and I already love your work to bits. It’s so expressive and fluid! I’m really curious about your art process tbh, all the brush strokes seem so chaotic but the final product is so well put together. Share crumbs of knowledge pls (although it’s fair if you want to keep your secrets 😆).
Thank you! Really it was mostly about unlearning restraint. I used to make myself polish and clean and refine but once I stopped doing that and let my process become more chaotic, drawing felt much more free and natural. I also used to use layered painting technique but trained myself in fully opaque lipstick smudging in Sai and now I can't go back as I always tell people.
When you're doing this on a drawing as a whole or on different layers, you can see the whole thing from afar as it comes together and when it feels right is when I stop. It isn't about completion or how polished something is anymore, it's all about vibes. As a result, it doesn't really matter how it looks when it's at 100% like so
When you see it at full scale, it's like... what is that. There's criss-crossing strokes, blending next to nonblending color, a random splotch?? IT DOESN'T MATTER! I have achieved enlightenment.
