You know how when you flex a muscle for a bit too long it gets tired.

I feel the same thing with my mind. I feel like my brain is always involuntarily flexed and it's so tiring, and not in a good way either. I'm not smart or anything and I have a short attention span and I'm forgetful. So it's not helping me that my brain is always tired.
