How do you manage to find things on Taobao? It seems really hard.

Even if Taobao doesn’t ship directly to your country, it’s very useful to create an account as you can follow shops and the site will recommend you similar products based on your favorites which is how we find a lot. You can turn the account creation to english at the top right of the first page.

Either way, the best options for searching are “病少女" “(Sick Girl) and “药少女“ (Medical Girl).
