She goes back to this line a few times. And it’s felt deep. It’s really an effort. Often times you do need the others’ help to hold on. And sometimes you give that help. I think mastering the art of helping each other hold on is really what evolves a relationship. And saying “help me” just brings down all of the fences and shows hey I want this to work, I need help, help me. It’s vulnerable. But it’s so beautiful.

I’m so glad she didn’t avoid singing old songs like some people said she would. And I was very impressed by her demeanor. Not gonna lie, I was worried about her (and still am) after the whole Scott and scooter thing. But I’m glad she didn’t give them what they want.... they clearly want to see her down since she didn’t play their game. And I’m so happy she isn’t going to give that to them. Past is past.
