Hey y’all

I see so many people using acrylic paint to dye their furbies, and as pretty as it always turns out to be, I know first hand the fur isn’t half as soft afterwards! I’m here to say that synthetic dye (Rit is my preferred brand) works way better, looks just as pretty, and doesn’t change the texture of the fur at all! Just food for thought, for those who may be considering dying their lovely little furb friends!

fabric paint has the same effect and can be used to make cool patterns! do a 2 parts water, one part paint mixture and it’s a nice brush on dye!

I’m pretty excited about these nicely jointed androgynous dolls by Mattel tho. I don’t really care for the head but such a nice concept. They just look like people no matter what they’re wearing and that’s pretty cool.

It’s more about the simplicity of every day clothes instead of glam. Might bore kids though...at least the clothes seem quality!

They look delightful, I'm not into kid dolls but as someone who spent hours on pixel dollmakers the idea seems really, really cool. I also look forward to the outrage by the 'family values' who'll imagine all sorts of non conformity to strict gender rules, or even !!!androgynous looking children!!! i’d like to know exactly why hasbro is putting ugly necks on everything

there is no reason for it other than being ugly?

g3s had moveable heads and correct necks. g2s had moveable heads and correct necks. g4s had moveable heads and correct necks. so what’s the issue here?

i bring this up bc ive seen people say “theyre doing this because of the moveable head. g1s had a proper neck but they had their heads glued in place, and g4.5s have moveable heads” and like yeah?? so?? 

and its not a size issue either bc g4s and g4.5s are the same size???
