Taught #P90Xlive and then hit the gym for some Body Beast: Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps. Here I'm hitting the final set of military shoulder presses. This was a progressive set with a twist. I hit 25lbs x 15 reps, 30lbs x 12 reps, 40lbs x 8 reps, 50lbs x 6 reps, 50lbs x 6 reps again, finishing with the 40lbs x 8 reps in the video. Working to get back into the swing of things with my #running. Got the @enduranceraceservices #SkidawayIslandHalfMarathon coming up on Saturday. Based on this morning, I likely will not make it under my goal time of sub-2 hours. However, I'm really pleased with this morning's pace consistency. Normally I start out too fast and then start to drop off. Helps me get a faster average pace but my endurance suffers and it definitely drains the energy faster. Tried some @genucan this morning and I think that helped. My energy was level throughout my entire #run. Guess I'll need to pick up some more before Saturday!
