⤷ warnings: pure fluff, one dirty joke but wtv, nerdy robin (we love to see it), i pictured the two of u being like mid 20’s?? but idk its up to you guys :) i dont think ive missed out any warnings but idrc, not proof read so expect mistakes :p
⋆˚࿔ she loved letterboxd SO seriously. like that silly little film app means everything to her. it only took her 2 days after downloading it to buy patron and then made a powerpoint presentation on why it was a good purchase (you weren’t convinced). eventually you joined in with her love for it and even bought patron for yourself! you both do your best to watch at least 1 film a day :) she will never tell you but she thinks your top 4 is slightly…. questionable.
⋆˚࿔ robin is obsessed with film festivals and premieres and she will drag you halfway across the country to see a premiere!! due to jonathan being a director she is always hounding him about invites and what he knows about the industry. every time she has to be reminded that he is an indie director and only gets invited to indie festivals. she loves them anyway, and she will never listen. she says it’s her form of manifestation so that he’ll eventually make it big!
⋆˚࿔ the number one pokemon lover. like seriously. she’s an even bigger nerd than dustin about those games. she has ever single nintendo console modded so she can play them wherever she pleases! she also has an insane pokemon card collection and loves to show off her shiny cardboard to you. you swear the day she pulled moonbreon was the happiest you had ever seen her (which was fine with you bc the strap was extra good that night :p)!
⋆˚࿔ even in your tiny 1 bedroom apartment robin will still insist that the two of you can house even more cats. one time she brought two home in the same week! you banned her from walking back from work that way from now on (her main route was coincidentally the way past the local animal shelter). you both now have 6 very well looked after kitties! she of course convinced you to name them after pokémon, which you couldn’t say no to. 2 black cats called umbreon and litten! a ginger cat called charmander (charlie for short :p) and a white cat called vulpix (at first you were slightly confused because you were sure vulpix was brown… but she showed you alolan vulpix and you fell in love)! the last two are the most recent additions, two fluffy brown and grey kittens called eevee and onix :p
⋆˚࿔ friendsgiving is so serious to robin. she’s in the groupchat texting every six hours in the lead up to the big day. everyone has to bring their own dish and she’s ALWAYS on at steve to remember to cook (he just buys something from the store and puts it into a tub from home. robin obviously knows but it’s the thought that counts. he still thinks he’s getting away with it!). even though your apartment is tiny she loves to have everyone round and takes pride in the tiny home she’s built with you.
⋆˚࿔ she’s totally into indie music and vinyl collecting! adrianne lenker, cocteau twins, jeff buckley! she loves them all. robin takes her collection very seriously, having every vinyl sleeved and on display (including every different variant, she says they’re all pretty for their own reasons)! she saved up for sooo long to be able to finally buy a good sound system for her little babies. it now resides in your living room and she loves to play your favourite albums while you cook together :p
⋆˚࿔ dabbled in witchcraft in 2020. everyone was doing it, so she had to indulge. except she sucked at doing any of it. the only thing that really stuck was moon water, tarot and crystals. different kinds of quartz and rocks are scattered all around your house, each crystal for different things. selenite placed above the door to keep any bad vibes out the house! one time it coincidentally fell off when steve walked in and that was it for robin, she literally shoved him out of the house and told him to come back once he was feeling better. bless him, he was so confused but you’d honestly never seen her so serious.
