She's been with us 3 weeks today and she's doing great!! I forget if I updated on her health but we took her for a regular checkup a couple weeks ago and she's perfectly healthy :) Got like 3 vaccines and microchipped and she didn't give the vets a hard time at all. Which I'm glad about because I know some cats get so upset at the vet so I'm glad she didn't seem to!

But when it comes to her accustoming to us she's doing so good! She's eating a bit more per day which is a relief. She loves to play now every morning and evening with her feather wand toy. She isn't too much of a cuddler HOWEVER she does love to snuggle in the morning/late at night only for some reason lol she lays on my partner and I only during those times.

She's sooo vocal she loves to meow whenever we walk by her and whenever we talk to her she talks back. She rubs up on our legs all the time too. She doesn't really hide anymore and she's grown accustomed to all the noises in the apartment that scared her the first week she was here. She doesn't even gaf when we vacuum anymore.

She also loves?? Watching TV?? Whether it's cat TV specifically or just when I'm watching Netflix or youtube or TVD lmao she just loves to sit by the TV to look at it. Gotta get a pic of her watching TVD sometime when Damon is on the screen.

BUT YEAH SHE'S DOING SOOO GOOD I'm really happy with her and I love her so much I wanna squish her all the time. Literally obsessed with her. I'll put a bunch of pics of her below the cut from the last couple of weeks :3

i saw a tiktok that was talking about how Michael jackson wasnt mentioned once in stranger things even tho they are in the same timeline.

id like to state that, that is completely not true, even tho it was only maybe 10 seconds of it, rockin robin by Michael Jackson from his first solo album “Got To Be There” played, and robins nickname is literally “Rockin Robin” (i have a st poster in my room that also refers to her as rockin robin)

and also, the top comment claimed that Rockin Robin was actually from the Jackson 5 and not Michael jackson, that is also false, Rockin Robin was originally sung by Bobby Day in 1958 and was later covered by Michael Jackson in 1972, it was never covered by the Jackson 5.

it's robin's birthday today and as a gift we brought her to the vet and she got 3 vaccines AND microchipped yayyy!

she got a clean bill of health and was a super sweetie to the vets and was very good <3
