On the one hand, I'm not sure if it's correct to call it Victorian, but "victorian" is a lot shorter than "1800s nightwear, or not, or some obscure thing I looked at on pinterest for inspiration." On the other hand, the Victorian period lasted 63 years, so why not.

Soooo finally I have got around to figuring out how to do this! I created this reshade a couple of months ago and have been tweaking it ever since and am at a point now that I am really happy with it and hope you all are as well! Set includes 6 ruff collars for every occasion. They are actually accessory tops, so you can use them with almost every piece of clothes, just as you can see on the previews. For each collar there are three types of tops in different materials - semi-transparent chiffon [ see details or 'Domenikos' picture ], less transparent lace [ see details or 'Elizabeth' picture ] and opaque silk [ no any detailed picture, I painted one single texture for the silk and for the chiffon, so transparency is the only difference ]. Every material comes in 3 colors: black, white and ivory, so - 9 swatches for every collar.
Since every collar is an accessory [ you can find it in Bracelets category ] the texture is sort of tiny and sadly that affects the quality. Yet it's actually not that bad, at least I did everything I could to make it look fine and neat. Also the textures will overlay any texture located in the bracelets region., so those collars can't be used with EA bracelets and whatever content creators put on the same area of a diffuse map. And I didn't add morphs to keep the form stable [ after all, it's a heavily starched collar twisted and ironed with red-hot tongs, it's not that easy to bend, you know... ].
You can download the ones you need of the merged package, but don't put merged package and others collars from the set in your Mods folder in the same time.

Baby Food Steamer
Description:
Baby Food Steamer is a small appliance that can be used to make different types of baby food. It can be found in buy mode under "Appliances -> Small appliances", it should be placed on a counter. It costs 300$.
When you press on the Steamer you'll see option to make baby food, when pressed will open a selection menu and you can choose from 19 different types of baby foods.
No cooking skill is required.
Toddler High Chair Should Be Placed On The Lot!
The flat price for a meal is 8$, but if you have the needed ingredients it's free.
The ingredients are optional and require SCCO. For the ingredients I used harvestables from EA and icemunmun.
Note: The Sim doesn't actually interact with the steamer, they will create the food from thin air and place it on the high chair. I did try to make the Sim use the steamer but every time I tried the adult will end up consuming the food and not placing it on the chair.
