MNS is gearing up to come back with their first full length album, Trapped In The Game, January 2020 after a 10-month long hiatus.

After the announcement of the return of member Takahashi Riku, MNS teased their comeback through a series of relationship-esque pictures on their social media. The following teaser is fan’s second glimpse into a new side of MNS, after their last release of ‘WINGS’.

MNS has gone through a few changes during their hiatus, with the quiet loss of member Xinyu, Riku’s hiatus, and the addition of known idol Wooi. TRIPLE J plans to bring a new side of MNS to fans, with an enticing story of love written by the members themselves.

PREVIOUS TNG MEMBER AND SOLOIST WOOI WILL BE ADDED TO MNS LINEUP

On December 4th, TRIPLE J announced the contract signing of artist WOOI, as well as her addition to co-ed group MNS.

“Hello, this is TRIPLE J.

“With our deepest regrets, we have to announce the contract termination of member Xinyu. After a long discussion, we have come to the decision to terminate the contract. Please support her in all her future activities.

“Please welcome new member Wooi and continue to support MNS greatly.”

BREAKING: MNS’ Takahashi Riku to resume activities after 6 month hiatus.

TRIPLE J Entertainment has just released a statement announcing that Riku, who has been on hiatus since August of 2019 will be resuming activities with MNS with their comeback slated for January 6th:

“Hello, this is TRIPLE J Entertainment. 

Last August, MNS member Riku decided to take a hiatus due to health concerns and return home to Japan to rest and consult with several medical professionals to accurately and in detail the cause of these health concerns. 

It was stated on October 21st 2019 that Riku, after multiple consultations, was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and will be continuing to receive treatment.

But after discussing matters with Riku in several meetings with the company and the MNS members, he has decided to return to MNS and resume his activities with the upcoming comeback on January 6th. 

Riku thanks you all for your continuous support to both himself and MNS.

BREAKING: MNS’ Takahashi Riku officially on hiatus from the group.

On August 4th, it was announced that Riku will not be taking part in future MNS activities due to health concerns.

Their company, TRIPLE J Entertainment, has since then released an official statement regarding the news:

“Hello, this is TRIPLE J Entertainment.

This is an announcement regarding the status of Riku’s health.

Riku came to us a few weeks ago letting us know he was going through  personal issues and would do his best to work through through them to best of his abilities. Eventually the issues became worse and after discussing it with us, Riku decided it would be best for him to return home and rest there. No diagnosis has been identified yet but we are working with several medical professionals to verify the cause in detail and accuracy.

After the discussion with Riku as well as the other MNS members, we’ve decided that Riku’s current condition requires additional rest, professional measures and the best treatment possible. Along with this decision, Riku will not be participating in any future MNS schedules until further notice.

The health and well being of our artists is our top priority, so we will be doing everything possible to provide the best possible medical treatment and sufficient rest for Riku’s recovery.

We ask that you all continue to support Riku so that he can recover soon.
