Metcon - 10 min AMRAP: 21 double unders 15 pull-ups 9 deficit HSPU w a 25lb plate
Total: 2 rounds 39 reps
My shoulders are def the weakest part of me… Stoked that I PRd and stoked that I was actually able to do deficit HSPUs in a WOD for the first time! Even if it took me freaking forever to do them.
Decided to be humble today and just work on my weaknesses, and it absolutely paid off.
I’ve really been working on my shoulders the last 10 months, and I’m finally beginning to see improvement!!

3 ½ years and -70 lbs later. The girl on the left wasn’t confident or happy. She never thought that in a few years she would be marrying the perfect man for her and feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world wearing her dream wedding dress.
I can’t even explain how exciting it’s been trying on gowns. I felt amazing in so many of them, a confidence I never had when I was overweight. The dress I chose was something I never thought I would end up with, but for the first time in my life I felt both beautiful and sexy! All the hard work I’ve been putting into the gym and my meal planning shined when I put on “the dress.”

have you showered within the last 3 days? have you brushed your hair, your teeth and washed your face? have you put on fresh clothes? changed your underwear and undergarments? have you ate within the last 6 hours or drank enough water? i understand life can be hard and you cant to do anything but i promise taking care of yourself even in the smallest degree will make you feel a little better
