the hashtags used for the comeback are #이별공식 and #빅스! it’s important though that the way you hashtag is right for it to count :) the hashtags shouldn’t be at the beginning or end, and there has to be a word between the two! so basically here:

#이별공식 #빅스 let’s go! <— this is wronglet’s go! #이별공식 #빅스 <— this is also wronglet’s #이별공식 #빅스 go! <— this is wrong too

Hi don't know if you've answered this yet, but how do you send fanmail if you're not in South Korea, or anywere close (i'm in Sweden)? :)

You can send fanmail either if there is a concert and they have the 'Starlight Mailboxes' set up, or you can send it to Jellyfish's mail box! You can find the address here (second answer)! Please note that only regular letters will be accepted, no gifts or packages :)

Fans are Getting a Little Bit too Close

Recently a Starlight who was trying to shoved her letter into Leo's hand at the air port got caught on the camera. Some Starlights on twitter community were so disappointed and strongly against this action.

Base on the account, the fan got caught by one of Vixx's manager. And even when the manger told her to stop shoving letter into Leo's hand and took her letter away. She still kept continued her action and kept a very close space with Leo.

This account mentions that, even after getting the waring from manager she took out her second letter and kept pushing it into Leo hand. This action made some fans uncomfortable because (un)intentionally the fan even touch Leo's thigh.

We are also aware that incidents like this happen often within K-pop community.This is also not the first time Vixx's personal space in public got violated. However, this time the action had crossed the line and bothered a lot of Starlights.

We are realized that our fandom has growth bigger in the past few months. New fans might be not aware of the already existed rules and things that been so called "Stralights culture". Therefore, through this incident, we want to kindly reminded everyone the rules/ culture again:

*Please note*: Some of the rules are official and made by Vixx's management team

1.Vixx will be not excepted any forms of gifts, letters AT the AIRPORT (please refer to the fancafe post above for more details)

Fans' letters please send to:

100-612 Seoul Central PO Box No. 1283 Jellyfish Entertainment <VIXX- member name>.

2. Please keep a decent distance to the members at airport to avoid blocking the traffic as well as bothering other people.

3. Please keep in mind seeing your idols in public is a rare opportunity, however respect their private time and personal space is even more important. This is what Starlghts have been maintain and doing very well. We hope new Starlights could take note about this and pass this on.

Once again, we hope incidents like this wont happen again in the near future.

I read about N's back injury -- do you know if it's better now, or if it's still causing him pain? :3

I'm sure he's coping with it. As a dancer he's bound to have some sort of back/waist pains. It's very common with dancers. I'm sure it bothers him at times but there really isn't much he can do about it unless he stops dancing completely. I'm sure it's better now though, there were fanaccounts of him being seen at a doctor's around the same time his back/waist was giving him trouble. We can never really know for sure if his injury has gotten better, unless he says so himself. But recently he has been looking a bit better from before. Let's just hope he takes cares of his body properly!

But to put it simply the app no longer gives out daily attendance stars. In order to gain stars you’d have to go about downloading the apps.

hello. can you help me? i'm trying to vote for ravi, but i can't collect stars. free apps for download are not available in my country ;c and i don't know who get '1 star per day' ;c

Are none of the apps available for download? I know in the U.S, some are available. You just have to keep trying all the apps. It's a hassle but you tend to see patterns in the types of apps you can download. And as for the 1 star per day, I think you're referring to the attendance, but they got rid of that, so no more stars from that. You have to collect stars just through downloading apps.

hi there, I've got a question about fandom school. I can't get more stars... I had a lot. and I spent them on VIXX being the president in Dec but now all I have is some red banner. the main words at it are "attend an event" but Idk what to do >.< I want to collect more stars for Ravi and others >.<

Red banner? If you click on the menu to collect more free stars, you should see two red banners and two blue banners if that's what you're talking about. The first red banner should be Ad Sync where you can download apps for stars. Please let us know if we misunderstood.

is the fandom school app available on the google play store only?

It is only supported by androids, yes. They are working on a version for iphone users so we will update when it is released, but most likely we won't have to worry about it since it seems it won't be released before Ravi's birthday star voting ends.
