Hey, Dr. Fate fans of Tumblr, question: I know Khalid Nassour is the current Fate and that he and Kent were both Fate simultaneously at one point during Tynion JLD. And I know that DC canon is such now that post-Crisis canon is mostly restored.
So has any canon material acknowledged Inza, the Strausses, Jared Stevens, Hector Hall, or Kent V. Nelson's time as Fate, or is canon still pretending that Kent never died and it's an unbroken line from him to Khalid?

Yes. So in Geoff John’s Justice Society, Khalid reveals that the history of Fate was similar to Pre-52.
Keep in mind though that the same series’ timeline possets that Zero Time happened eight years ago and Khalid is in year two of his history in the book, meaning only in the span of 6-7 years Jared, Hector, & Kent V happened.

Recently, the New History of the DC Universe by Mark Waid mentioned a “Doctor Fate II” and Hector as “Doctor Fate III”, making Khalid who appears in the last book as the fourth one.
Mind you, it seems they’re only included because they’re tied to big crossovers (so was Inza but she was omitted) and unlike Kent or Khalid, they’re never pictured in Barry’s POV of recollecting big events where they should be (like Barry goinh over the JSA’s re-emergence, aka the 1999 JSA series) .
