A floral and refreshing take on the classic mimosa that's great for a spring brunch.
Ingredients: 4 oz champagne. 2 oz orange juice. 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur.
Instructions: Into a flute glass, pour brandy. Put orange juice in. Pour elderflower liqueur over the back of a spoon to make it float on top. Mix slowly by stirring. If you want, you can add an orange twist as a garnish.
