In addition to this pairing, there is another pairing that I really like：

My husband LOVES the musical Chicago. I say this as a woman that has seen the movie more times than I probably should. When we first moved to New York, I took him to see it  on Broadway and unfortunately, that run was terrible. The staging was laughably bad. We could see dancers hanging out in the wings when they weren’t on stage. Some were playing on their phones while others had a snack. In the middle of the performance. Where the audience could see them. I think they were just as bored as the audience. 

There was also the woman a few seats away from us who took out an entire Tupperware container of fried chicken (and all the trimmings) during intermission. But by that point, we knew the show was a lost cause. 

I always felt bad that his one experience with Chicago live was ruined by inept staging and unprofessional dancers (and a chicken buffet). So when I saw the Cell Block Tango pose pack by @madebycoffee, I knew I had to make an edit in his honor. It is one of his favorite numbers from the musical. At any given time, he will start either humming or full on singing it around our apartment. Sometimes while holding our cat and swinging her around. It’s fun for the whole family! 

Today is our 10 year wedding anniversary and although we had to postpone a planned trip, I still wanted to give him something special. After all, he had it coming.
