Took the longest nap ever to finally catch up on all the sleep I’ve missed this week!

Now I’m going to tidy the house, take out all the garbage and recycling, do 2 loads of laundry, scrub the entire bathroom, put all the laundry away, and then finally: take a nice long bath and wash and treat my hair.

Once I finish everything I’m allowing myself to have my OMAD, which will be half a sandwich I got yesterday that I never ended up eating
